We were blown away by the luxurious amenities available at this hotel. the service was exceptional, making us feel like royalty, with every need promptly fulfilled. the restaurant was a culinary delight, the menu offering a variety of options, all with fresh local ingredients. the outdoor dining area provided a perfect romantic atmosphere with stunning views of the valley.
Our only minor issue was the location, being a bit secluded on a mountainside, far from the touristy city huddle and bustle. staying here meant we truly had a remote getaway with peace and serenity.

We had an amazing time at this exquisitely restored hotel. the views from the mountainside location were breathtaking and it was great being away from the crowds of tourists. the on-site restaurants offered amazing regional cuisine and we loved the fact that much of their food was grown on the property. we enjoyed exploring the paths, fountains, and gardens around the hotel.
That we were a bit disappointed that their new spa was not yet open during our visit. We're already looking forward to coming back to experience it.

The gardens and fountains were stunning and the view from the hillside was breathtaking. It was a great location to escape from the touristy crowds. The organic food offered was also a highlight.
Our romantic escape was ruined by poor service and a lack of attention. Despite our hopes of a peaceful retreat, there was a loud wedding taking place which left us unable to enjoy the gardens or bar area.

Nothing, all was good.

The hotel was located on a picturesque hillside overlooking a stunning valley. the garden was a perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine and relax. the scenic paths, beautiful fountains, and three onsite restaurants were nice facilities that added to the luxury of the hotel.
The service was far from exceptional, and the staff was not as accommodating as expected.
